Refunds policy

Please contact us by e-mail within 7 days of arrival to exchange the return of the product. Please be sure to contact us before returning. We do not accept returns other than the method specified by us.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of the following items:
Products that have been used
・ Products that are damaged or dirty due to customer's responsibility
・ Products that have passed more than 7 days after the arrival of the product

Due to hygiene and safety issues, the following products may not be accepted for return or exchange.

Removed tags, paper bands, etc.
・ Those worn even once
・ Dirty or washed
Returns from the receiving end of gift items

If we receive defective products or products that are different from your order, we will respond to replacement as soon as possible. If there is no replaceable stock, we will respond with a refund.

Return deadline:Returns and exchanges are possible only within 7 days after the arrival of the product.

How to get a refund:
